Refund Policy

At SNIF, we want you to love what you receive. But if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.
Due to the personalized nature of some of our products, we do not accept returns for customized items unless there’s a mistake from our end.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at snifdecants@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship it back (based on your location).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of COD orders, we’ll issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We may deduct reverse shipping charges if the return isn’t due to our fault.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong product and want a replacement, we’ll send a fresh item after validating your return request. No extra shipping charges will apply in such cases.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged items not caused by us

Items returned after the 2-day window
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible-you’ll have to go through the return process if eligible.
