Thank you for shopping with SNIF. We’re committed to delivering your order in a timely, safe, and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders.

 

 

 

1. Order Processing

 

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

If your order includes personalization or customization, it may take an additional 1–2 days to prepare.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

 

 

2. Shipping Charges

 

 

We offer both standard and express shipping options within India.

 

  • Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days and costs ₹49. Orders above ₹1999 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Express Shipping takes 2–4 business days and costs ₹79.

 

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless we’ve made a mistake on your order.

 

 

 

3. Delivery & Tracking

 

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to activate.

 

 

 

4. Delivery Areas

 

 

We currently ship to all major cities and towns in India.

If you live in a remote or restricted area, our team will get in touch to find the best alternative delivery method.

 

 

 

5. Delays

 

 

Although we aim to deliver on time, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to:

 

  • Unforeseen courier issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • National holidays or strikes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

 

 

If a delay occurs, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

 

 

 

6. Packaging

 

 

We pack every order with care using secure, tamper-proof, and eco-friendly materials to make sure your product arrives in perfect condition.

 

 

 

7. Failed Deliveries

 

 

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:

 

  • An incorrect address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the package

 

 

The item will be returned to us. We’ll contact you for redelivery, and in such cases, you may need to pay for additional shipping charges.
